The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is participating in the ERAS application process and in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). The ideal candidate for our fellowship program is someone who has an interest in pursuing an academic pulmonary and critical medicine career path. We define academics broadly whether it be in a clinician educator track or physician scientist track. We also include in our definition of academics a career path in quality improvement and medical education.
Mandatory Drug Testing
Consistent with Mount Sinai's commitment to a safe and drug-free environment for our patients and staff, all new employees, including housestaff, are required to pass a drug-screening test prior to beginning employment. Accommodation will be made for those taking prescription drugs.
