Chair Chats

Chair Chats is an innovative initiative designed to foster open dialogue within our department. Led by Dr. Monica Kraft, System Chair for the Department of Medicine, this program features interactive sessions with a diverse, select group of 10 faculty members, particularly those actively involved in Department of Medicine committees and faculty from backgrounds underrepresented in medicine.

The goals of Chair Chats include fostering inclusive conversations, encouraging innovative ideas, facilitating knowledge sharing, and identifying areas for improvement. These sessions have already proven to be invaluable, generating insightful discussions and actionable ideas for the betterment of our department.
